After downloading the above file (3DGraphGenerator.zip) extract all the files (using a program like Winzip) and run setup.exe. When the installation is complete, run the program and click the Go! button to see a quick example of a 3D graph with the given sample data.
The program will run in demonstration mode for 30 days and after that time you can still run the program and view the graph, but the graph will close after 10 seconds. This is the complete version of the program, with the only limitation being the demonstration mode. To unlock the demonstration mode, you must obtain an ID and Registration Code by registering it.

A skin is a group of settings for the appearance of the 3D graph. You can make your own or download skins from here to add to the program. More skins will be available in the near future.
To install, download a skin below (zip file) and extract it to the skin folder where the 3D Graph Generator is installed. By default this is:
C:\Program Files\3D Graph Generator\Skins\<name of skin>
Start the program and then you should see it listed in the Options screen. This list is just the names of the folders in the Skins folder.
